The successful candidate will help onboard exhibitors, prepare online webinar, help with moderation and help create post showcase feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with Exhibitor on marketing materials (logo, descriptions, business contact info etc), to use for building Atlas Showcase content pages, copies for attendee invitations, registration contents, Q&As
Build Atlas Showcase Webinar page
Set up the Showcase webinar & configurations with marketing materials & copies (Create Registration page, Confirmation email, Follow up/Reminder emails, Q&A and surveys etc)
LIVE the Registration
Request/Query or download potential attendees from marketing Database to send to Marketing
Monitor registration (e.g. approval, duplicate)
Schedule Exhibitor rehearsal a day before LIVE showcase (walkthrough what Exhibitor need to do during LIVE)
Host the showcase together with the Exhibitor during LIVE
Download and clean up dedup Webinar analytics
Send Webinar analytics to Exhibitor
Continue to monitor and collect Post LIVE Webinar stats
Download and clean up duplicates Post Live Webinar analytics to send to Exhibitor
Download Post Product showcase survey and send to marketing
