Accounts Receivable & Payable functions: Manage and maintain accounts payable, vendor management, accounts receivable, statement emails, transaction auditing for participants, quality control calls, sales reports, and annual audit support.
Accounts Receivable & Payable functions: Manage and enter daily/weekly deposits into QuickBooks and/or Clinical Trial Management Software, process weekly/monthly clinical trials payments for participant.
Partnership Management: Oversee obtaining and processing all paperwork from shared revenue partnership locations, track, and invoice and collect all revenue associated.
Project Management: Manage special projects as assigned
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor: May assist HR Manager with different HR generalist needs as they arise.
Contract Drafting: Draft vendor and employment contracts using company provided contract templates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
2-3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Intermediate to Advanced Excel
The ability to navigate software and databases and experience pulling, processing, and analyzing data is a must
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
Excellent organizational skills, ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks
Ability to meet deadlines and to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
