About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the management and help with day-to-day operation activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help with building a database of clients by researching and importing their data into the database
Transaction and loan coordination
Project management
Data entry
Any other tasks as assigned by the client.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Good command of English language is a must
Proficiency with MS Excel and Word
Experience with database management would be helpful
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
