Position: Virtual Assistant
Working Hours: 4 days a week, 9am-5pm, UK timezone // 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT
Salary Range: 800-900 USD/month
Holidays: UK holidays (PH holidays can be accommodated upon contract signing)
Payment cycle: Bi-weekly
Industry: Wholesaler that connects one party to another
About the role:
Seeking a candidate who is independent, passionate, dedicated, someone who can grow with the business, and is looking for a LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT.
The employee will be directly led by the CEO (Myself) and will be a solo employee within the development side of the business- so needs to be able to work alone to complete tasks and achieve goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Book delivery from our clients on a daily basis (Booking transport and arranging slots)
Invoice for commission charged to clients (5-10 invoices a week)
Communicate and resolve operational issues such as resolving cancelled delivery slots or late collections.
Running day-to-day business tasks such as responding to emails, insurance, and finance document completion, along with overall management of the operations- to ensure everything is working as it should be.
Manage relationships with clients
Daily administrative tasks such as Insurance and responding to emails with questions or issues.
Purchasing goods (we will highlight which suppliers and what prices we need to pay), and it is their responsibility to select products and review prices daily
Candidate may take phone calls (around 30 minutes a day)
Managing the import and production process of goods we are producing in Asia (by working with a Quality control agent and shipping agent).
Overall business management and internal works such as invoicing and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as long as candidate is able to do the tasks very well
Above Average to Excellent communication and written skills; minor accent is acceptable
Proficiency in using Office 365, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace
