Position Overview:
 
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, handling adhoc tasks, interacting directly with clients, and assisting in the management of their daily activities.
 
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media content calendars across various platforms.
- Create engaging and captivating content (text, images, videos) to increase brand visibility and engage the target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media insights and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the team with miscellaneous tasks as they arise, including research, data entry, email management, and other administrative duties.
- Assist in creating and formatting presentations, reports, and documents.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
- Interact directly with clients via email, phone, or other communication channels to understand their needs and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the client.
- Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
- Update task lists, calendars, and project management systems regularly.
 
Requirements:
 
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and social media management tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in content creation and social media marketing.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
