Description
- Maintain the membership database in the Precinct membership system;
- Process membership forms for new, current & terminating members in M1 system and the International AO Portal;
- Assist members with M1 profile updates.
- Send welcome emails to new members with corresponding attachments;
- Monitor the emails and handle all enquiry or refer to relevant staff;
- Prepare weekly and monthly member movement reports, anniversary reports, birthday reports.
- Source staff profile shots & create Look Who's joined document for Regional update.
- Train Brokers and/or Office Administrators on the Franchises return process.
