Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
Email Management: Monitor, sort, and respond to email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Data Entry & File Management: Maintain and organize digital files and databases.
Communication: Handle customer service emails, phone calls, or live chat inquiries.
Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
Social Media Management: Assist in content scheduling, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement (if applicable).
Research: Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries.
Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects, including tracking progress and ensuring completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
Experience with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot) is an advantage.
