We are Hiring Virtual Assistant-E-commerce with Shipping Experience!
 
Position Summary: 
The E-Commerce Shipping Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing the shipping and fulfillment process for online orders. This role ensures timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products to customers while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. The individual in this position will coordinate with the warehouse team, handle shipping logistics, and ensure that all orders are properly packed and dispatched. 
 
Key Qualifications: 
•Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an E-commerce role. 
•Hands-on experience with ClickShip for order fulfillment and shipping coordination is a plus! 
•Experience in handling US clients is a plus 
•Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) 
•Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project 
       management tools. 
•Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
