Position Overview:
 
The successful candidate will act as a crucial support resource for our Account Managers. This role will primarily focus on performing administrative tasks to assist the Account Management team in whatever they need, allowing them to concentrate on client relationships and sales activities.
 
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing relevant documents needed for Client Management.
Assist in gathering information needed by Account Managers for creating proposals tailored to clients' needs.
Monitor project updates and opportunities, ensuring the Account Managers are informed of any developments that could impact sales.
Manage and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
Liaise with clients to gather information, follow up on quotes, and address any administrative inquiries.
Support the sales team in tracking leads and opportunities, maintaining a proactive approach to follow-ups.
Coordinate communication between Account Managers, clients and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and effective information sharing.
Participate in any administrative activities of the team as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales administration, virtual assistant, or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus).
Familiarity with IT products and services is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
