Remote Call Center Representative

Must follow a strict training attendance policy (up to 2 weeks)

Laptop specs:
o Windows: 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz+o Mac: 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip, 2.0GHz+
Headset:
o Wired USB headset with visible microphone (No AirPods or wireless)
Internet:
o Wired LTE router (SIM-powered, connected via cable)o Wi-Fi and hotspot not acceptedSchedule & Salary
Full-time: 5 days/week, 8-9 hrs/day
Base salary + performance incentives (if applicable)
Two yearly company events
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound sales calls
Problem solving & documentation
Follow scripts and internal procedures
Maintain a calm, quiet work environment
