Able to manage the companys Facebook page (ads management and posting)
Do inbound and outbound calls and engage with clients and customers (documents completions, payments follow up, etc.)
Do reception tasks
Calendar, email and database management
Data scraping
Knowledge in G-Suite and/or Microsoft Applications
Create and complete detailed reports
Process payroll using Xero or Quickbooks
