Virtual Assistant-Insurance Broker
Job Description
Qualifications:
Technically Proficient and can quickly adept new learnings
2-3 years relevant work experience to the following industries but not limited to: BPO and or VA
Experience in handling commercial property insurance U.S clients a big plus
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Keen to details and high level of accuracy
Can maintain confidentiality concerning Financial Files
Bachelor's Degree holder is a plus but not a must
Must be able to work on-site and on a night shift
Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and phone calls
Prepare and organize database and reports
Handle confidential employer and client information
Perform excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
Additions and other tasks will be given by the Client/s depending on the needs.
