For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.Who The Client Is: The client is an events and entertainment venue based just north of Melbourne, known for hosting weddings, festivals, and corporate events. They take pride in creating memorable experiences with a mix of rustic charm and modern facilities.Role Overview: We're looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide support across administrative, marketing, and client management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using HubSpot and will play a key role in managing bookings, creating workflows, handling quotes and invoices, and supporting marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contact records, workflows, and automation.
Oversee bookings management, ensuring timely coordination and client communication.
Support marketing operations, including social media scheduling, content coordination, and Google Ads assistance.
Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and administrative documentation.
Monitor and report on campaign or workflow performance as needed.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and maintain consistent operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/marketing role.
Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM management, workflows, automation, reporting).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience with Google Ads, social media management, and invoicing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
