VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Starting Salary: $2.50 USD per hour
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time (32+ hours/week)
180 Marketing, a leading e-commerce SEO company, is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team of 30+ people.
Daily Duties include, but not limited to:
Data entry
Leave tracking for the team
Managing Inboxes
Managing monthly reports
Organising team events
Manage administrative aspects of client onboarding
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven virtual assistance experience (2+ years in a VA role)
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and link-building strategies
Experienced with Google Sheets and Project Management tools such as ClickUp
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English able to converse in English confidently
Strong online communication skills via tickets and screencasts
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accountability
Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with a backup option (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid acceptable)
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Familiarity with link-building tools such as Ahrefs and Instantly (preferred but not required)

Daytime shift only between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Mondays to Fridays. Fixed days off.
