We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce consulting firm specializing in supporting Amazon sellers in optimizing their accounts and building successful brands. Our team consists of experts in marketing, technology, and business strategy. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who will support our efforts as a Freelancer, 25h - 40h/Week. You will be accountable for various operational processes and will provide assistance to our Consultants in their daily responsibilities. Engage with our entire team and seize the opportunity to learn and demonstrate growth across a wide spectrum of duties!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out operational tasks in Seller Central such as uploads of content, keyword research, etc.
Support our Consultants on several operational tasks such as reporting numbers
Handle our Amazon software
Analyse products, sales, keyword data, niches, etc.
Troubleshooting catalog issues such as variation, locked amazon attributes
Maintaining good Account Health which includes lifting violations and managing compliance
Most important: Be a great team member and have fun in our team!
REQUIREMENTS
Capable of handling multiple tasks with a variety of difficulties and timeframes
ideally 3+ years of work experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
Very good organizational and task management skills for job and remote setting
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools/software like Helium10
Experience in troubleshooting
Bonus: PPC knowledge
