Xero Certified Advisor
Cert IV Bookkeeping
5 years overall experience (at least 2 years + Australian experience)
What will you do?Senior Bookkeeper / BAS Agent
Day to Day Bookkeeping & BAS duties
Act in a Senior Capacity & form part of the support Triage to provide Senior Support to other team members when required
Catch Up & Fix Up Specialist
a. Perform catch up & fix up work
Maintain Client Manual & Video Series for your Clients (for business continuity)
Maintain a manual detailing how to do the day to day work on the clients account
Maintain a set of videos detailing how to do the day to day work on the clients account that support the manual
Save these in the specified folder set out in the Savvy Sums policies
Assist in Covering Staff Holidays & Other Leave
By temporarily taking over jobs to cover these periods
Strategy & Advisory Services
Inspire success through numbers by combining strategy & advisory in everything we do
Practice Management and Administration duties
Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms for Savvy Sums
Other ad hoc administration duties
