Buy Box Experts is a premier digital marketing agency and seller consultant based in Lindon, Utah, USA. We are redefining e-Commerce, boosting our clients' revenue by leaps and bounds, by helping companies reach their potential on the Amazon marketplace. Our team is expanding in the Philippines and seeking great people to be a part of our successes. We are currently looking for an experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduated from a reputable university
High level of Professionalism, reliability, honesty, integrity, and thoroughness
At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in a related field
More than two (2) years of experience in spreadsheets, reporting, and presentation building
Proficient in G-Suite applications (Google Spreadsheet, Forms, Docs, etc.) and MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
At least one (1) year of Amazon work experience
Requirements:
○ Desktop or Laptop PC with Core i3 and above or equivalent processor, 8GB RAM, and OS Windows 8 and above or MAC OSX of equivalent
○ Hard wired DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with at least 15 Mbps plan or higher for the primary connection (LTE, USB sticks, and pocket WiFi devices DO NOT qualify for a primary connection however you are expected to have any of these for backup connection purposes)
○ PC headset with extender microphone, Noise-canceling headset is preferred but is not required
○ High-definition external or integrated web camera (at least 720p resolution)
The successful candidate is expected to work from home and is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted internet connectivity and a work-like environment to deliver his best in terms of productivity and quality.
