Job Role
Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process
Reconciling bank accounts at the end of each month
Email electronic signatures and do follow ups
Understanding ledgers
Working with an accountant when necessary
Handling weekly payroll using accounting software
Support from time to time
Calendar management
Record financial transactions, including income and expenses
Prepare, maintain and update financial records
Bank reconciliations
Account management and record keeping
Produce various financial reports for management team
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
Firm understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Strong work experience with Xero and QuickBooks
Experience with Data Capture software
Good time management skills
Trustworthy and highly organized
Able to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
Attention to detail
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
