Reports to: SBHAI President and Board of Directors
I. JOB SUMMARY
· Shall be responsible to the Home Owners for the proper administration of the day-to-day affairs and overall operations of the Village.
· Reports directly to the President or her designated officer in charge (OIC).
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Implement and ensure compliance of the Association's rules and regulations.
· Supervise and monitor office & maintenance personnel including 3rd party security agency through their officer in charge.
· Oversee the inventory and maintenance of supplies & equipment.
· Ensure safety, continuous and efficient operation of equipment.
· Look after the maintenance of facilities such as the clubhouse, basketball court, swimming pool, etc.
· Help implement and initiate the Board plans and policies.
· Coordinate and assist on seasonal community projects such as Board elections, Christmas party, sports fest, etc.
· Recommend programs to enhance staff productivity and village efficiencies to the Board.
· Monitor compliance of new house construction or renovation with the Association's regulations and guidelines in coordination with the Director of Construction.
· Secure necessary permits and licenses for operation of managed properties.
· Collects and deposits dues and other related payments on time as aligned with the Treasurer.
· Prepare and submit accurate month-end reports.
· Establish an orderly recording keeping system where all the documents, files, invoices, etc., relating to the Association's activities, are orderly stored.
· Attend Board meetings and committee meetings as necessary, and provide data or information related to the items in the agenda
· Maintains harmonious relationship with Home Owners.
· Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the Board
I. JOB REQUIREMENTS
a. Preferred to have an experience in property development, real estate management, and engineering or equivalent.
b. With at least 5 years work experience in the related field.
c. Must have strong supervisory competencies in the areas of organization and leadership development, coaching and mentoring.
d. Must have superior judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills and conflict resolutions.
e. Must have strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
f. Should be an effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills.
g. Significant experience in finance management (i.e. budgeting)
h. Has general knowledge on human resource practices and considerable skills in administering salary and benefit plan
i. Has the ability to process confidential information with discretion
