RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in handling order to cash process
• Maintain and update customer data in the system
• Facilitate and identify Customer's Claims and Deductions
• Generate Order report and conduct Market research if needed
• Assist Customer's queries and ensure timely resolution of issue
