Graduate of any 2 year and 4 year course
2 - 3 years experience in Customer service is an advantage
Has 20 mbps internet speed for work from set-up
Currently residing in the Philippines
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customer and clients through live chats and emails
Helping merchants to set up their online stores and create their first products, as well as providing them with all the necessary information regarding the business
Assisting merchants with order-related and account-related issues
Building and maintaining efficient communication with existing and potential customers
