JOB DETAILS:
Client Profile: A fully licensed online gaming company located in Makati City. This company provides technical and customer support services like customer relationship management services, data management and information processing services, customer care and information technology services to its foreign and offshore clients.
Requirements:
Proficient in Vietnamese and English language
Online Gaming experience is an advantage
Amenable to work in Makati
Bachelor's degree in any field
Responsibilities:
Responsible in dealing with customer's inquiries and request
Assist customer into an end to end process through Live Chat, outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools
Follow up on unresolved inquiries through emails or phone calls
Maintain updated records, and daily reports.
Other duties as assigned.
