VIDEO GAME QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) LEAD / MANAGER
Our Video Game Quality Assurance Team works with some of the most well-known and highly rated PC and Mobile video games in the world, testing every possible aspect of those games. If you have the will to lead, and the perseverance to advance, then let’s talk.
As the QA Lead / Manager, you will be leading a team performing quality assurance tests such as: - General Checklist Testing: - Characters, Classes, Abilities, and Items - Core Game Features and Mechanics - Quest Lines and Playthrough - Game Assets, NPCs, Maps, Dungeons and Raids - User Interface / Experience Testing
- Network, Software, and Hardware Performance Testing- Smoke Testing- Regression Testing- Stress Testing- Retail Readiness Testing.
JOB QUALIFICATION
General Requirements:- Passion for online video games- Experience in IT enabled operations- Manage a team of QA Testers- Work in Ortigas Center- Work different schedules depending on need.
Technical Requirements: - Create and modify Test Plans- Create, modify, document procedures- Produce operations and administrative reports- Anticipate operations issues and create solutions.
Administrative Requirements:- Interface directly with Clients via messages, emails, voice or video conference- Interview and assess applicants- Train newly hired testers- Conduct coaching, counseling, and performance reviews- Create and implement standards for team compliance
