VIDEO EDITOR
 
Goals of this role:
Lead strategic video content creation that aligns with brand goals and business objectives.
Drive innovation in video formats, storytelling, and platform optimization using performance insights.
Mentor junior editors, ensuring scalability of processes, creativity, and compliance.
Contribute to growth by researching competitive landscape and implementing cutting-edge trends.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage full-cycle video production, including concept, execution, optimization, and delivery.
Strategically analyze competitor campaigns and leverage insights to drive creative innovation.
Lead multi-platform optimization strategies, ensuring videos are tailored for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Build scalable processes and standard operating procedures for video content production.
Use data and analytics to refine creative direction and improve campaign ROI.
Train and mentor junior editors, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with marketing, SEO, and content teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field required (Marketing, Business, or Analytics preferred)
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising
Advanced editing skills across multiple tools and platforms, expertise in SEO-driven video strategy, experience in mentoring and managing workflows.
Certification in Video Editing
Excel/Sheets and tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack)
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
English proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus
Others:
Ensure compliance with copyright and brand safety standards.
Keep up to date with new editing tools, effects, and platform requirements.
Advanced editing skills across multiple tools and platforms, expertise in SEO-driven video
strategy, experience in mentoring and managing workflows.

Creates and preserves the most favorable Company image by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner.
