This role is perfect for someone who thrives in digital marketing, knows how to adapt content for different platforms, and enjoys collaborating with a fast-moving team to deliver engaging, on-brand assets.Job DescriptionEdit and produce videos for Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and organic platformsCreate static graphics, reels, carousels, and other creative assetsAdd captions, overlays, hooks, and end screens to short-form contentResize, crop, and format content to meet various platform specificationsSubmit all completed content to the Content Marketing Coordinator for review and client deliveryCollaborate closely with the Content Marketing Coordinator to ensure brand alignment and project prioritiesUpdate WIP (Work in Progress) trackers to provide visibility of active and completed tasksOrganize and maintain content libraries with proper naming conventions and file structuresAssist in preparing content calendars for review and uploadHelp draft basic shot lists or compile footage from creatorsEdit and assemble UGC (user-generated content) into platform-ready adsRepurpose single shoots into multiple content variationsWrite simple headlines and overlay ad copy based on provided briefsContribute to brainstorming sessions for hooks, offers, and creative anglesReview all content for brand guideline compliance and formatting accuracyFlag low-quality footage or missing assets ahead of deadlinesRequirementsQualifications / Requirements2+ years of experience in video editing and content creation for digital platformsProficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)Strong graphic design skills with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or CanvaFamiliarity with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads content formats and best practicesExcellent eye for detail, storytelling, and design aestheticsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyClear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsCreative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving trends and platform requirementsBenefitsWhy Join Us?
