Learning all about eCommerce marketing, the ad results & how to apply them;
Strategizing, writing, storyboarding, filming, editing, & reading the results of video ads (not all at once, don't worry ;);
Learning all about conversion principles & what makes an ad convert (turns out...it's not luck!);
Analyzing & interpreting data;
Collaborating with the Video Team for...well, almost everything;
Attending daily meetings with the Video Team;
Collecting research about our clients & their competitors;
Analyze & execute video marketing strategies.

Be fluent in English;
Be organized & detail-oriented;
Meet deadlines reliably;
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment;

Be able to work 40 hours a week if needed, fully committed;
Be patient & eager to learn what you don't know (we don't expect you to come knowing everything);
Be efficient in Adobe Premiere;
Be efficient in Adobe After Effects;
Have efficient camera equipment to film high-quality content;
Be able to piece together an engaging story/ad using text, images, & video;
Have intermediate writing & storyboarding skills;
Be able to take direction well & learn fairly quickly;
Work well within-firm deadlines;
Work well with a team, who all contributes to the ad-making process;
Be eager to learn about the ad-making world;
Already have a portfolio displaying the techniques & skills we are looking for.
(Proficiency in motion graphics is a Huge plus)
