The Opportunity
We are looking for a hardworking individual to join us at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies
This role is focused on supporting Internal and external partners in the delivery of value to Aon. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

About you:
Ability to establish an inspiring vision and adapt to organisational changes
Experience and a track record of success in designing and implementing growth strategies
Commercial and eye for business to prioritise what is most important and demonstrate resources across the organization to drive business results
Credentials of successful leadership
Leadership experience in an organisational matrixed environment
Ability to build and work across inclusive and diverse teams, and fosters an environment in which all employees are valued and heard
Educated to university degree level and having strong quantitative and analytical analysis
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and ability to self-motivate
Intellectually curious
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Filipino
Motivates and inspires others, creating an environment for continuous learning and connection
