For our client, a leading Chinese Car Manufacturer we are looking for a Vice President in the Philippines Responsibilities: Expert in overall facet of Automotive Operations such as DND, Aftersales, Strategic planning for expansion et al. Assist the CEO or the country director to manage the company's daily operations, and promote the development in Philippine market. Cooperate with China team to formulate strategic plan to ensure business, profit and market share growth. Responsible for the product marketing strategy and product promotion plan. Organize the launch of new products and open new dealerships. Responsible for planning and organizing major exhibitions and public relations activities in the region, maintaining government relations, and communicating with the banks. Responsible for formulating the commercial policies and localized policies of Philippines dealership group. Supervise the company's financial performance, budgets and costs. Analyze financial data, identify what kind of process needs to be improved, and implement strategies to maximize profits and efficiency. Responsible for managing agencies in Philippines. Supervise and manage the business of products, brand, network, service, and CR etc. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with local regulations, company laws and industry standards. Develop and implement risk management strategies to reduce potential business risks and protect corporate interests. Requirements Automotive, marketing, business management and related majors. 8 to 15 years of experience in automotive sector a MUST Experience of managing a team more than 15 years Strong ability of dealing with high pressure and motivating colleagues Language requirement: English Directly Hired By the following companies: Mitsubishi, Ford, Nissan, Suzuki, Isuzu, Toyota, MG, Honda Salary: Negotiable
