Company Description
Cielo, a leader in Global Talent Acquisition Services, is currently looking for a forward-thinking and experienced Global Shared Services Leader to lead our Global Talent Hubs supporting RPO Delivery. This role will lead a team consisting of 500+ employees across 5 key locations, including India, Philippines, UK, Argentina and US .
The Global Talent Hubs are responsible for supporting candidates, hiring managers and the Client Services Delivery Teams to improve results by standardizing processes, capacity and productivity management as well as technology and innovation to improve customer outcomes by partnering across internal teams.
As an active member of the Leadership Team, the Vice President - Global Talent Hubs will be fully responsible for establishing a highly efficient organization with cost effective scale and flexibility, governance and delivery excellence, whilst driving innovation, continuous improvement and identification/implementation of the right technologies, measured through internal & external client satisfaction (NPS).
The successful incumbent will be a trusted advisor to our Client Services Portfolio Leaders and will refine and drive the implementation of a strategic plan to meet our delivery capabilities and business expectations.

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive)
Lead a high performing team of talent acquisition professionals o provide high quality services focused on exceeding the expectations of clients
Develop and Coach leaders across the globe
Set clear performance standards and goals for the team. Assess progress against goals and performance standards, proactively address gaps.
Establish and drive the implementation of a strategic plan to meet our Shared Delivery capabilities and business expectations
Work with Client Services leaders to understand their business trends and build strategies and plans to manage the impact on the Shared Delivery team
Understand and maintain internal/external client satisfaction scores
Establish remediation plans when service recovery is needed
Deploy improvement programs to drive engagement around productivity
Drive, develop and implement initiatives/tools/techs to manage and improve service quality, driving efficiencies, continuous improvement and productivity
Lead the establishment and regular review of local scorecards and KPIs dashboards. Implement actions to improve metrics
Identify the right KPIs & dashboards to drive transformation
Be responsible for the governance, planning, coordination, and delivery of team
Establish a team budget and effectively resource an optimized team across our geographies
Qualifications
Education:
Degree qualified preferred
Essential Experience:
Extensive experience leading a Shared Services Function across multiple geographies
Demonstrable experience in developing Leaders
Demonstrated success within large complex BPO (RPO desirable) with sophisticated mechanisms supported by innovative technologies.
Demonstrated success in change and transformation of large, complex programmes of work with a focus on client satisfaction
Significant Operations Leadership experience
Demonstrated understanding of cultural nuances and an inclusive leadership approach that fosters harmony and collaboration.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills across a variety of formats and audiences
Ability to interact successfully at all levels of the business
Analytical, process management, project & change management skills
