Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of under Student Services
Define and formulate solid goals for the improvement of business of the school's service for the students
Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions for the department
Coordinate support to operations throughout the business.
Provide regular performance updates to the Management Committee
Job Qualifications
Expected candidates will have significant experience with leadership, leadership experience to educational industry is a plus
Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate to different peoples groups
Must be a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, commerce, entrepreneurship or a related field
Preferably a MBA graduate or related
2-4 years supervisory experience
