The Ops Sup Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Lead Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
Serve as technical authority for an area within the business providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business as well as provide operational assistance
Perform analysis to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes and expand Operations capabilities for new products and services
Communicate regularly with all Operations teams and departments
Maintain knowledge of Citi's operational procedures, best practices in business strategy and process/quality improvements in order to provide customized business solution recommendations to internal clients
Analyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations, as needed
Perform User Acceptance Testing and platform rollouts
Lead projects across multiple Operations areas, serving as an analytical and/or procedural expert and coach lower level team members on operational processes
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience
Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying all significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processes
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

Spearhead the implementation of Digital initiatives, Shutting Analog, Process Simplification leveraging on Lean method/tools across functions and achieve cost efficiencies and better customer experience
Responsible in establishing key and standard metrics across Core Operations units
Participates in financial planning and monitors that Core Operations productivity plan
Works closely with Regional and Country stakeholders from Retail, Cards, Loans, CFSI teams in improving Client Experience in the most cost effective manner.
Act as the key point of contact for all audits and reviews of Consumer Operations carried out by, but limited to, regulators, internal and external audit, and regional reviews
Manage departmental operational risk self-assessment and risk indicator reporting, developing automated and data driven control monitoring solutions
Manage detail corrective actions plans, tackling of issues at a root-cause level, and working with stakeholders and advisers to ensure actions are sufficient
Manage Consumer Operation's control and quality frameworks ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and reporting to stakeholders
