The team is responsible for all aspects of data within Operations ' which includes the management of existing data, sourcing of new data and creative thinking around data that we need to build. We are looking for someone who has good experience in the Financial Industry, in a Data program with a background in insights within the retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for:- Understand end user needs and influence the reporting development roadmap. Supporting daily ingestion of data. Evaluate current use cases, conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for data and reporting and insight development. Manage the innovation life cycle of the product from ideation & prototyping through to the translation of requirements to our Operations team. Partners with our Operations team to ensure our stakeholders are getting the maximum value out of analytics and insights. Buildstrong relationship with stakeholders like Technology and Data. Provide / build insights dashboard for Skills Required: Ability to manage own workload and deliverables. 12+ years in a Data related role or equivalent role within retail industry facing the customer ops teams An understanding of the uses of data, data skills, and data tools. An ability to explain complex data to non-data users and provide insights into trends, impacts and future planning Expertise in working with data to query, be curious with data and have a sensible regard around data accuracy. Experience around data tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Jupyter, Presto Experience or prior exposure and understanding of data models. Strong problem solving aptitude and idea generation, with the ability to go from conceptualization to execution. Strong inter-personal skills with ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders Excellent oral and written executive-level communication and presentation skills. Effective organizational and project management skills
