Job Description
Reconciles balance sheet accounts (BSR) monthly and gives recommendation for adjustments.
Prepares and reconciles OPEX cost for monthly reporting.
Prepares bank reconciliation monthly.
Monitors bank balances and make sure that it has enough available balance to pay obligations (supplier invoices, intercompany invoices, etc.).
Post invoices in AX and run payments on time.
Effectively carry out closing procedures and timely booking of vessel cost and other transactions.
Prepare and send Intercompany invoices monthly.
Provide inputs to enhance current procedures and systems.
Handle monthly, quarterly and year end closing routines and procedures.
Reconcile and record Vessel Reports monthly.
Prepares and sends open PO & NRPO list.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
Good planning and organization skills - ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously
