Job Title: Verifications Team Leader

Location: McKinley, Taguig/ Temporary Work-from-Home due to the pandemic
About The Role: This position is part of the US Verifications Team and is responsible for conducting Employment, Education, Personal References, and a portion of Drug and Alcohol Test verifications covering both Outbound and Inbound platforms. The role includes but is not limited to obtaining verifications within the client service level agreement, standard operating procedures, and privacy regulations while delivering optimum productivity and highest quality service with our clients.
This is What You'll Do:
Manage day to day operations of verifications or communication teams, which will involve coordinating with other locations, and maintaining a workflow strategy with clear line of accountability and authority.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the Verifications Department
Ensure that all team members abide by all Sterling standards and policies
Coordinate with other department heads as necessary to ensure continued success and growth of the company as a whole
Maintain communication with Management on the department's productivity and progress
Coordinate with Management and other department heads to ensure harmonized procedures within the platform
Answer employee questions and provide guidance
Revise procedures and protocols as necessary
Delegate workflow to the team on a daily basis
Follow HR procedures
Conduct informal and formal performance reviews
Coach and instruct teams on new process updates
Generate and maintain weekly reports and metrics
Analyze and understand KPI targets to guide team on how to achieve them

Degree holder of related courses or at least 2 years in College * At least 1-year experience in the BPO industry
With experience in doing Background Checking or Verifications (Local or International)
