Job Title: Client Success Associate - Bilingual (Japanese)
Department: RISQ
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig
About The Role: A Client Success Associate will ensure all clients are set up correctly; screening requests are initiated and completed in accordance with clients' service level agreements (SLAs). This role would also ensure all client queries are answered accurately, completely, and promptly ensuring adherence to Sterling RISQ's standard operating procedures.
This Is What You'll Do:
Support client onboarding with onboarding team.
Case Management:
Initiate case requests if required (VIP orders for concierge request only)
Liaison with client/candidate including requesting of missing or additional Information
Follow up on all verifications, record all enquiries on Sterling RISQ platform
Review of research findings to ensure accuracy of information and release of final report to the client in the manner mandated by client SLA
Reports; Prepare and deliver client delivery reports/business review
Answer all client queries around the progress of reports
Prepare data and support - Business Reviews (Monthly and Quarterly only) with the client (via videoconference/face to face)
Liaison with the CSM (Client Support Manager) and or CSP (Client Success Partner) teams to assist in the conversion of opportunities and requirements to clients.
Report to Manager/AD Client Delivery (Monthly report and Daily team meeting)
Proactively identify areas for improvements and make recommendation to the processes undertaken on a regular basis
Other duties as assigned by the Sterling RISQ
This Is The Job For You If You:
Have superior written and spoken English
Have professional written and verbal communication skills
Have intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite of products including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
Have superior time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
Have strong rapport building skills
Typing speed of 35 wpm
Have a strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail
Knowledgeable of data privacy principle / data protection
Proficient in Japanese language (Business Japanese and Keigo)

Amenable to work in day shift schedule
