Job Description
Job Summary:
Part of the Bidding Committee (BIDCOM) managerial and administrative team
Function as BIDCOM's liaison arm and will be the main point of contact (POC) for selection and bidding of IT and NON IT requests, vendor accreditation, vendor performance evaluation, contract /maintenance & renewals
Become custodian of contracts and documents for BIDCOM approved projects
Role Exposure:
1. Collaborate with various stakeholders from Program Management Division, Information Technology Group, Leadership Committee, Business Units, and Vendors
2. Formulate and document continuous improvement activities
3. Improve your reporting, communication, and analytical skills
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
2. Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
3. Has around 5 years experience in data mining and data analysis
4. Exposure in providing business strategy
5. Excellent communication skills verbal and written (role will deal with management, business units, vendors)
6. Experience in IT / project management an advantage
7. With Legal background preferred to review Commercial contracts, but not required
