The Vendor Performance team is dedicated to ensuring that our partner vendors are operating up to their potential on foodpanda and doing whatever interventions are necessary to give them a great experience on our platform.
We are looking for a Vendor Performance Associate to join our growing business!
Responsibilities
You will be tasked with ensuring that overall vendor performance metrics are at excellent levels and up to company standards
You will be responsible for extracting and analyzing relevant data for vendor performance and other optimization initiatives
You will handle various operations projects aimed at improving day-to-day operations and ensuring the vendor inventory is performing as expected
You will be asked to develop process solutions for identified gaps in vendor operations
You will also work with operations counterparts from different teams within foodpanda to address concerns for vendor operations
Requirements
Graduate of any Business or Industrial Engineering course is preferred with at least 1 year of working experience
Must be capable of data driven root cause analysis and problem solving
Experienced in project management and inter-department stakeholder management
Able to manage project teams to meet deadlines and ensure productive output
Knowledge in Excel tools and data analysis is a must
Knowledge in SQL, BigQuery and Looker Studio is a plus
Practices structured thinking and must be able to prioritize timelines
Must have a willingness to learn on the job from industry mentors
Ability to self-learn any additional supplementary skills to improve your own day-to-day work tasks is highly encouraged
