The Role
As a Vendor Management Associate, you will be responsible for handling the vendor accreditation and managing the relationship with vendors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the performance of the vendors meets the bank's standards.
How you'll contribute
Facilitates review of company profile for vendor accreditation and coordinates with support teams for financial review.
Conducts Annual audit On business Critical Suppliers.
Acts as the escalation point between the suppliers and internal stakeholders in order to protect the interest of the company while maintaining a lasting relationship with different parties.
Maintains database of vendor relationships' scope of services and key contact details.
Manages and Maintains all vendor relations which includes conducting vendor interviews, onboarding of all vendors, and ensuring vendors are compliant with all certifications required.
Checks and Monitors activities on pending tasks or assignments.
Monitors annual submission of Vendor performance evaluation from business units to ensure the performance of vendors are within the acceptable rating.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or any business-related course
Knowledgeable in supplier accreditation and vendor management
Must have excellent sourcing skills for sourcing of vendors and suppliers and monitoring skills
Must be keen on details.
