Responsible in optimizing the way an organization interacts and collaborates with its vendor/suppliers.
Responsible in monitoring and do follow-ups of the PR/PO status.
Responsible in checking and ensuring payments are made within the contract terms, conditions and payments terms.
Responsible in complying reports if required by the management (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Special Reports).
Responsible in assisting during the frame of contract if needed.
Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned if needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be a graduate of any 4-year business related course - Management, Banking and Finance, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Accountancy.
Work experience on the same function is an advantage
Must have good communication skills
Must be highly organized and good attention to details
Must be a team player.
