We'll look to you to support all outsource call centre vendor relationships & maintaining information such as and including contract renewal, compliance. You will develop reliable reporting system, provides analysis, recommendations, and drive initiatives to optimize vendor performances. You will provide reliable reporting of Vendor scorecards by proficiently analyzing large volume of complex data & information, presenting it in a clear & concise manner. You will be report and manage contract inventory and purchase orders, including providing information to finance team for budgeting purposes. Tracking & analyzing Vendor Performance trends, provide insights, liaising between Partners and WU departments which includes Escalations and Partner Intake Channel would be additional responsibilities on your shoulders.
We need you to possess a Bachelor's degree with up to 2+ years of project management or equivalent experience. You will be an individual contributor proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PPT to process and present data & skilled at organizing, planning, and execution.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key
stakeholders, with strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
