Team Introduction Finance-Accounting and Control Job Description The role This role is expected to ensuring the success of onboarding new sellers to Lazada platform Reporting This role is will be reporting to the Vendor Acquisition Lead Key tasks Team Introduction Finance-Accounting and Control Job Description The role This role is expected to ensuring the success of onboarding new sellers to Lazada platform Reporting This role is will be reporting to the Vendor Acquisition Lead Key tasks and responsibilities - Forecast volume and number of new sellers and activities required to meet business objectives - Manage a pipeline of high-quality new sellers to onboard into the platform - Build relationships and set up mechanics to incentivize the growth of new and long-tail sellers - Maintain good relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors - Educate sellers on Lazada features, throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to be future key accounts - Interact with stakeholders of different teams (example category management, campaigns, traffic) to ensure products sold by new sellers receive enough visibility on the product pages - Implement campaigns for new sellers, analyse and report their performance - Interact with other local teams to share knowledge and replicate best practices - Update the management team on weekly progress Job Requirements Qualifications & Skills - Experience in an ecommerce industry is a plus - Bachelor or Master Degree in BBA or related fields from a reputable University - Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills - Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person - Good command of English, Excel and PPT Excellence - Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform KPIs
