About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Draftsman to provide drafting support for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in Vectorworks and can deliver high-quality drawings while working independently.Responsibilities:Create and revise architectural drawings using Vectorworks to meet project specifications and deadlines.Assist the owner in completing various drafting projects from concept through final documentation.Maintain accuracy and clarity across all drawings and files.Communicate progress, challenges, and updates promptly through clear written and verbal communication.Requirements:Strong proficiency in Vectorworks (non-negotiable).Knowledge of residential construction methods and standards is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills-both written and oral.High attention to detail and consistent, high-quality output.Schedule:Monday-Friday, Eastern Time.Software Skills Required:Vectorworks (primary drafting software).
