sectors under its purview relating to the international agreements, proposed
regulations and measures, House and Senate Bills, and similar issuances
in relation to the development of the sectors;
8. Participate in the formulation/review of the IPP, including the General
Policies and Specific Guidelines;
9. Provide coaching and mentoring support and implements a working
feedback mechanism for staff development;
10. Supervise the overall management of the planning, organizing, directing
and controlling activities of the Energy Division;
11. Represent BOI in various meetings, dialogues, ad hoc committees, and
interagency bodies;
12. Prepare guidelines and procedures for proper implementation of Board
policies and programs
13. Perform other related work as may be assigned from time to time.
