VA Bookkeeper (dayshift/flexible)
Non-negotiable Requirements:
•Stable Internet and power Connection.
•Laptop or PC with camera
Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Prepare budgets, financial reports, forecasts, oversee business improvement plans.
•Update and review of balance sheet and P&L verification
•Management of general ledgers
•Reconciliation of bank, accounts payable, and account receivable
•Reconciliation of GST, PAYE and Tax returns
•Payroll preparation and processing.
•Oversee and maintain accounting systems - maintain records, reconciliations and support auditing efforts.
•Closely collaborate with our New Zealand team.
Qualifications:
•A graduate of a degree/diploma related to Accounting/Bookkeeping. At least 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
•With at least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
•Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills.
•Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products.
•Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data.
