The Application Process
After you submit your application you will be given a 1 (one) hour trial test. This test will be an English grammar test in order to assess your ability to comprehend the English language as most of your work will involve clients in the UK & US.
After this you will be invited to take part in a 10h paid trial. If Successful you will be invited to work full time. Please note work hours are fixed and not flexible.

About the role
We are searching for a well organised VA who is interested in building their career with a successful SEO agency. This is also a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take their first steps into SEO, as some of your tasks will include SEO research. We also offer free training to VAs in a variety of SEO and basic website tasks.
The role will be full time, Mondays-Fridays. 1 pm to 9 pm Manila Time
Initially the main tasks will involve:
- Updating tracking spreadsheets daily according to the progress of various projects
- Assisting recruitment efforts with data entry, keeping records clean, and sending templated emails
- Regularly follow-up emails to partners with pending business
- You will also be involved in a variety of other tasks.
Ideally you:
- Are well organised and punctual
- Have familiarity with Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Are able to quickly learn new tools with enough guidance and training
