Classification: Client Staff
Salary Grade: 50,000 - 70,000 pesos/ month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client

Are you eager to create an impact in the e-commerce industry with us?
We are looking for someone who is an expert in UI design, UX design, and front-end development to join our growing company. You will be a natural at understanding human-computer interaction design (HCID), in coming up with elegant solutions to improve our application, wireframing and generating CSS/HTML/JS for our developers to bring the ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and deconstruct our users' digital interactions and habits
Interpret qualitative and quantitative data gathered from internal and external users
Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our goals
Work closely with the BA and Product Owner to identify key user journeys, work flows and use cases for existing and new features
Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, reusable components, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Present design proposals and prototypes to stakeholders
Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback and iterate on your designs
Own and build out our Design System and standards
Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
Requirements:
English speaking
3+ years' experience as a UI/UX designer Front-end developer experience in SaaS
Demonstrable JavaScript proficiency (plugins, node packages, etc.)
Solid understanding of design principles with a portfolio you can present
Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
Proficiency in designing interfaces and building interactive prototypes using software such as Figma
Customer facing communication skills to conduct research and gather feedback
A demonstrable history of deconstructing user behaviour to create an improved experience for users
Proficiency using Git version control.
