We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher for a company that is an International fintech startup with branches all over the world that connects innovative banking with the world of cryptocurrencies. Its mission is to protect and grow its clients’ life savings. It consists of a fully distributed team that works remotely from 50+ countries worldwide. The workers come from many different cultures and backgrounds.
Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience
Experience with cross-cultural products and international research
A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g.: study plans, reports, and data visualizations).
Exceptional analysis skills
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
A track record of conducting successful research studies that improve the quality of existing products and inform the direction of new products
Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have:
Experience in conducting research on digital products
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Experience working within agile product development and SCRUM environments
As UX Researcher you will be responsible for:
Leading, planing, developing and conducting research activities
Having end-to-end ownership with all aspects of the UX research lifecycle
Collaborating with product, business stakeholders, designers, developers, and data team to propose recommendations
Conducting preliminary investigations and competitor analysis
Building and maintaining UX Research roadmaps that influence product strategy through close partnership with Product Owners
Shaping a product strategy grounded in user insights
