BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Make calls, send emails, and perform tasks as mandated by the client and team leader
Assist client with concerns, coordinate with facilities and members to reach deadlines
Maintain client's database with confidentiality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
At least 1 year of experience in the BPO Industry, Healthcare Account
Must be a Registered Nurse (License Holder)
Experience in dealing with Medicare and Medicaid is a must and non negotiable
Possesses excellent command of the English Language to deal with partners in the US
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (see schedule below)
This position offers temporary work from home if candidate has the required internet speed (at least 10Mbps), otherwise candidates are required to work on site (see addess)
Compensation is 25,000 basic salary plus other benefits:
10% Night Differential
Perfect Attendance Bonus
HMO with free dependents
18-Paid time off Credits, 10 Convertible to Cash
Possible increase if candidate passes Client Performance Review
Schedule is fixed at Mondays to Fridays: 10pm to 7am
