The Messenger/Liaison Officer will be responsible in performing duties related to picking up and delivering materials and/or documents, picking up and carrying messages, packages, and other items to specific locations. Travel can be accomplished by foot, bike, motorcycle, vehicle, or public transportation. In addition, you will perform some routine clerical work and operate simple office machines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transport documents dealing with all types of sensitive and confidential information. A strict commitment to deliver the documents without viewing or revealing any of the information is necessary.
You must be able to plan routes that will allow for the fastest travel. Must be able to map applications to plug in addresses and successfully follow the directions to their destinations.
In the event that a route is compromised, you must be able to choose alternate routes that will help you get to your designated locations as quickly as possible.
Purchase/transport/deliver project materials to project sites.
