Job Details:
Utility Billing Analyst
Work from home
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3 PM to 12 AM
Training Schedule: 8 PM to 5 AM (for 1 week)
Responsibilities:
Preparing and maintaining utility service accounts and miscellaneous receivables for billing, and assisting in maintaining, creating and/or updating monthly reports and billing analysis.
Reviewing meter readings for cycle billing, calculating, and entering adjustments, verifying rates, transmitting data electronically to bill in software system, printing reports,
Analyzes customer accounts for correct charges.
Prepares professional letters, reports, and related documents as required.
Assists in scanning of documents into document storage system.
Prepares and enters monthly billing schedules for cycle billing.
Performs related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years' experience in Billing
Good English Communication skills
Experience with Utility billing and metering terminologies (NICE TO HAVE)
Advance computer skills with an emphasis on Excel
Exceptional Analytical Skills
Ability to work well with limited supervision
Able to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
Good listening skills
Good Telephone Etiquette
